Clouds Pack resource pack is designed to solve this problem. Installing this map is like the others in Minecraft, however, before using it, make sure you have Optifine install. Players will see completely different appearance of cloud. It becomes realistic much more than the blocky ones before. However, the sun and moon look exact same, they are still square.
With the low 16x resolution, anyone can use this pack without lag or any trouble for computer. Generally, it is a pretty nice resource pack changing the appearance of the cloud, particularly, make the cloud smoother and less blocky.
